necro/hammer i always use the 163/174 setup
vs almost anything else i use 99/99 setup (except some trappers i use 163/99 to get out of stun lock and such)
with max block with normal gear (i.e no +dex gear) ihave about 4.5k life with 10-20 life gcs probably about 5.5k with 30+
i find that a much better option because u can maintain max block yet also have higher damage (i.e dnt have to sustitute for block gear)
and that 8% from ber in storm shield, helps, ALOT. so yea u suggesting putting on block gear agaisnt melee is stupid because u lost probably about 1k damage, and they have like 50% dr... so u need all the damage you can get.. and with 5.5k life + summons, if you die, you just suck
only thing that should own you is a PIMP 37x 30220s full dr BvC rest of the characters is ezcakes for a good windy
btw in most dueling tourneys 1 item of sorb is gm, so choose between tgods or wisp for light elementals and possible a hotspur for fire sorc's
ravens help alot v cold sorcs but stacked res is much better, get a 4x psapphire shield and you can still have the 99/99 bps
anyways seems like you kinda got the right idea, but needs tweaking here and there.

edit: vs shit ww barbs, (ones that do LONG tele's) you can tele behind there ww direction and nado them for an ez kill
