I dont know jack shit about d2 or builds, but in terms of doing p8 tz, you are not left with many options after excluding the builds that are good at it. find something you think is fun to play if u dont wanna play the meta. and since fun is subjective its kinda of hard to recommend when we are not you.

You have to spend a fortune to get them off the ground though. For p8 you're going to need stacked damage charms

I'd recommend Poison Nova Necro. It doesn't fulfill any of your qualifications, and requires GG gear to be workable, and can only farm some areas, but when it's fun, it's really fun. That is all.

P8 tz off meta fast isn’t really a thing. Gotta kill slower or drop the player count.

This build is about 1.5k fg in current market.
Only issue is t5 herald with thorn. I will swap marrowalk, cast life tap, remove lawbringer and whack

Nova sorc is faster
Light sorc is faster
Mosiac is faster
Java is faster

But the kicksin works and is fun to play. Very good overall, anything is possible, ubers, p8 terrozones, the new ancients should be possible.
But its not as fast as the real popular ones.

Every item in that build is important though to obtain max speed, survivability etc. Its the combinations and synergi effects which makes it fast. Very active gameplay.
And you have to think, like in ubers:
Skellies are not leechable.
Multi immune demons are not leechable before they are amped.
Uber Meph is not leechable.
Death sentry dont work in ubers.
Demon limb charge is recommended in ubers.
So act and plan accordingly. A few juvs for safety is needed in such situation.

Your merc is there to be an aurawhore, so focus on survivability for it as well as the important aura he has. He will die in ubers which is fine, merc task is too boost death sentry mainly.
