trying to decide if I should max smite or foh/holy shock and rest into smite

Well first get a friend that won’t backstab so you can test. I always had to test by myself. My only loss was from someone who knew me and cheated with knock back to beat me 1ce.

But it’s 3500 foh dmg to do 100 dmg to a lo rune and 5300 foh dmg to do 100 dmg to a tgods. Keep foh 4 points ahead of shock.

Smite dmg is 800 to 900 on average or 1000 with a phoenix. Life break points are 4500 and 5400.

Yes you can use cta swaps or even a spirit shield on main hand a die facet on swap then go with spirit for bo and swap back or use a Mara’s to make up for the +2 skills and or bk rings, I suggest using spacebar to swap weapons as your thumb is already resting there.

Just whatever you do go max dr, you don’t wanna get 3 shotted or die in 1x charge to my war spike spirit smiter.

Gl and hf

Example: What’s better 2x bk rings and 4x 132 ar 45 life gcs or 2 ravens and 4x pcombs?

Test stuff like that and they will always die to you. They always died to me and I played part time and tested stuff myself, didn’t even remember what keys I was pressing most the time and when I did it was game over.

I haven't bothered using conv. The range is short and doesn't increase with level. Have you had much success w/ it? Most of the time that I use FoH the enemy isn't even on my screen

Yes i use lvl 1 base conv for -95.
Helps when foh is needed.

Can be excellent when enemies are fleeing, ideally one would time the excact time he is able to flee and prefoh, conv dont dissapear instant.

Also walkstyle vs defansive hammers, so many hammers starts to joder when they dont find any other solutions to ur timed oak jumps.

I made an absolutely terrifying liberator with the vanquisher 15/15 coa swap and grief pb and also a 125 fcr swap with hoto and a 10 fcr mana ring, 30 ias with helm means 8 frame smite when using hoto but works for right click smite stun, it’s got 6fps with pb. I didn’t know oak sage gave 500 life that’s crazy.

Does the oak sage get hit first? That’s what I hear but I haven’t tested it but I’d like to just tele stomp a hdin and not have to time the blind spot perfectly.

The bonus life is nice, but the main function is as meatshield.
- It will block first hammer if you time your jump vs an hammer. Your smite will stun him and you will win that jump if timed correct. At least that was the case in d2lod.
- If you jump a nec without oak, you will often take 2 to 8 spirits, if you do it with oak you will take zero.
- If a barb wirls you his first hit will usually land oak.
- If you a amazon, or even worse fail ur jump against a bowazon, the oak will block most ga’s.
- If you jump a smiter, or better jump left/right (nw, w, sw, e, se, ne) of him and smite him, he will struggle to namelock you back.
- If you tele into a spirit train or a random hammer oak will block it.
- Assas has a huge chance of namelocking your oak instead of you, and once oak dies lock is gone.

Great info ty, I don’t use an oak but I’ll keep it in my back pocket.
