Doesn’t do anything on chars that aren’t energy shield sorcs. Except maybe vs assa mind blast
Order of application of damage :
1/ Target vs target modifier (pvp : 0.17 for example)
2/ Cyclone armor (vs Light/fire/cold), and Bone armor (vs Physical)
3/ Energy shield
4/ Integer damage reduction (PDR vs physical, MDR vs Light/fire/cold/magic)
5/ Resistances (poison, magic, physical, light, fire, cold)
6/ % asorb (light, fire or cold)
7/ Integer absorb (light, fire or cold)
8/ PDR/MDR overflow
Smite is not great in lld but if they're tring to do smite vs smite or vt vs vt pdr actually does a lot because the damage is so low. But yeah normally pruby life or ed jewels would do better.
