Here, i guess this link has every item you would want to change between all those types.
You may add other skiller types and small charms if need.
It is currently set up as a high damage kick with 65fcr and 7,5k ls and maxed venom with like 12-15 base mindblast.
Did not fine check ias break for every singe setup, but i think items are correctly socet.
It contains wepons for:
Lacerator kick
Dual claw kick with focus on LS hybrid
Bladefury
Bladefury wirl
Psn dagger, both physical based, and for hybridisation with bladefury and traps and kicks etc.
Even added cleglaws, its a funny cheap choice for both bladefury and kick. It has Ias, AR, RES, SLOW, 75% deadly strike, 35% ow, knockback in those 3 items alone. So can be a funny and cheap way to build both bladefury, kick and hybrid between the two yet have very flexible other items.
For kick related a BER rune would ofc be better than LO, then you are at 50% CB from set alone. But no amp which is crucial, would have to use atma's scarab amulet.
