I’ve “heard” and seen hybrid builds… for the metamorphosis, I’m not a huge fan of buffing -_-
My Barb is 98.9 and I’ve been running him with enchant + infinity while leveling. As I play with him after 99, I may very well try him out with a WW swap .. I’ve attached this post to my notes in my profile as a reference to come back to

Its really worth it though, i used it in pvp.

7fpa is infact 3,5fpa. Because you attack with 2 wepons.
25/3,5 = 7,14 attacks per second, the 20% DR is a bonus though.
Meta also offers cb, cnbf, 10@ etc.
Meanwhile the none meta build reaches 8fpa.
Thats 4fpa due to attacking with both wepons.
6,25 attacks per second.
Then i guess you could use whatever helm you want freely, like coa/arreat/diadem/guillaume etc. ias break of 60 is done by lacerator 30, hl, loh.
Well, for pvp its super neccesary because you really need those DR%, and there is no legit way to get fana. On pvm you have fana.
The merc will also cast inner sight and you will have no problem hitting enemies.
