So.

Im using a 70cb lwpb.

Whats a better shield. Upd HOZ or eth exile in vortex base 45res.

Yes, im using p gtoe 20/10 cb glove and highlord to reach ias bp and 105% cb.

swap goblin toes with gores and cb gloves with lay of hands

then put an upped hoz for offensive stance or a eth exile for defensive stance

No, this is true for single player AND multiplayer (I don't understand why you assumed that I means SP?)
And it is true from p1 to p8.
And we're talking pvm here, but it is also mostly true for pvp

LoH's ed% to demons doesn't work with smite. Dracs are the common go-to, but if you are looking to push your kill speed to the limit you can use cb gloves and a lifetap wand instead.
Gores are fine if you need the OW, but if you are using dracs you already have a source of OW to prevent healing. Gtoes offers more CB, they're the go-to for ubers.
Both Hoz and exile aren't very good... you shouldn't recommend them. They will feel good if you fucked up the rest of your build.

depends

PvP vs all spirit and grief is the best

Phoenix is better

The ed is literally 26,6 hard points into smite

Would only ever use spirit vs a trapsin to hit 86 fhr and use thundergod

Vs nec for example its one more smite using spirit over Phoenix.

So id rather have 125 fcr and land an extra smite

Hmm I guess yea. I usually just go for a 75 fcr phoenix oak setup but I can imagine 125 helping there

Yup
125 fcr spirit helps a lot vs elusive matchups
But you also get bonus fhr, vita, mana, magic sorb
And more res when it matters
So it’s not only about the ease to catch vs the number of hits to kill.

75fcr phoenix vs ranged matchups that won’t just flee from you, druids, hdins, v/t, zons, sins
Phoenix is particularly gg vs fire druid with 21 fire sorb

30fcr phoenix (or jstod) vs pure melee, the cast rate doesn’t really matter, but the difference between your AF and cast rate does. Some breakpoints result in a faster AF but not a faster cast rate, so you only tele 1 frame sooner but land in front of your opponent with 1 more frame to wait before you can use smite. So compared to 30fcr, you get worse results at the 39fcr bp, and same results at the 48fcr bp.

But I’m pretty sure OP is talking about pvm here with that kind of gear he mentioned :p
