convert it into a ESFB instead, your merc already does good damage and only a zon causes you problems then.
also when you hear people say "ignore rare bows" but they recommend an amazon specific bow (which can not be used by rogues), you should take what they say with a pinch of salt.

conclusion:

Faith Blade Bow does not need alot of IAS, but i would go Faith Shadow, or Yes, I would use a rare with ed/ias armor and helmet.

if i wanted to bm pub duels i would learn how to pvp properly first.

Giant Skull is fine if you reach the IAS BP you want to play at.
