Tele smite used to slay the standard barb-hammer-nec-bowa teams.
Way more usefull than ele dru in theese setups.
A barb boed smiter with necro amp and 75fcr. Take out barb while he leap, he will be dead before his current leap is ended.
Now they are without stun, and way less kb, only from ama. So now the smiter can pick any target making themselves vulnerable. Just move in when they are buisy and suprice jump them. If amazon is vulnerable and you kill here its easy mode. Oak jump with amped smite wrecks hammers as long as barb and ama is down, and necro you can just slay.
But usually the rush team has a ele dru instead of smiter.
