i have a fools feral claw i use it for high def player. you have 100% correct info. i understand what you explain and i think same than you bro. my feral claw is 40 ias. she work good and maybe i play 65fcr for boost ias if i need for cast trap
when you say RT and one feral claw yes you can! but with warren1001 don't use only for ww you need to see laying trap ias. but i use 2x runic talon for fury/chaos

If you can’t um your fools claw its not worth it

The physical part of your claw will deal no damage to a smiter or hdin with 50% dr. Maybe vs a bvc it’s okay but who duels hybsin as bvc

correct info. open wound is the issue if no big dmg. but normaly claw mastery and venom do the job bro. and critikal dmg work somtimes

look for a eth runic talon zoded with 300-400ed but its expensive! 50dr is for all physical dmg its normal. you just need to ww away to recast fire trap or light trap or if you are ghost bro... i see a lot of assa ghost tank a baba and do ww duel and no die

The reason ww sins can go head to head with ww barbs is because they have weapon block and 50% dr.

Way less dmg, way less life (3life per vita instead of 4 and lesser BO lvl), but the effective hp is in the end way more for the sin.

Lets say 6k life barb with only 8% dr from enigma and no block.
Vs
4k life sin with 50% dr and block

6,000 * 1.08 =6,480
4,000 * 1.5 * 1.5 =9,000

~40% more tanky
Now… can you deal at least 60% of the dmg the barb would do?
That’s where it’s hard to reach… at least if both are just ww’ing each other nonstop…
But then sin will get the edge in delayed fights, doing shorter exchanges, due to “bleeding dmg” from OW/venom.

Both flat dmg and bleeding dmg are important.
Your strategy will vary from aggressive to defensive based on the above ratio of dmg vs effective hp depending also on your opponent.

In most cases, your flat ww dmg is more important. But sometimes you can beat your opponents just by bleeding them out while you spam mind blast and use traps defensively.

Thats where crushing blow comes in ;)
Also, def matters a lot here.
In d2lod player skill was more worth, you would use mindblast and wofs + ls to control the duel in such a way you wirled him in end of hos wirl.
Valk 08 made ur wirl go faster and therefor safer, as you would clip him quickly and be on with ur stun scenanigans immidatly after. And if barb just wirl-wirl-wirl-wirl then mb would keep on tapping his life, and you could still read where his wirl stopped and clip him. Wirl direction matters as well.

FOR MY BUILD I EXPLAIN MY TREE SKILL:

trap: 20/14/20. (1 to 7800trap or 1 to 8.5k if claw trap x1)
shadow tree: 20 claw mastery / 20 fade (for 50dr + rez ++)/ all rest in claw block. I USE WARRIOR ABOUT RULES TOURNAMENT
martial art: 1 kick / 1 dragon claw

stats:
178str/115dext/525vita/ classic energy 0 point ( my rings give to me mana)
