i would recommend ber runes in weapon. maybe 1x eth to help with AR. your dmg will be on the low end so leaning into crushing blow can help. if you are just farming p1 hell it can be just fine though
ber/Lo rune or ed/ias jewels in armor

Lo’s on weapon and 40ed on armor and helm for pure fury.

Fire facet if you making Armageddon fury. But would need phinx
