Es sorc does not need all resists. Just poison. Es absorb the damage dealt by cold/fire/light before it gets to the resists, so they are useless.

Simple as this, with easy cheap added gear:
Death gloves: 50PR/75plr
Snakecord: 25PR/50plr
Sands: 70PR

Thats 145PR added and 125plr.

Now lets assume you actually found a good sorc ammu and a diadem with 75plr each.

Then we are at 275plr.

We can assume nec uses DW -55 enemy pr and LR with around -63 enemy PR.

So our stack should easy counter the PR part.
And We have 275 plr - 100 from hell, -118 from nec = 57 PLR.

Lets say 12000 nova damage: 12000 * 0,17 * (1-(75/100)) * (1-(57/100)) = 219 damage dealth per nova...

NN alt + F4... You can push this nec for days :P

Thats why there should be rules for PLR.

Besides, with my full recommended setup you would stay at 75pr and 75plr vs him
