If you have skill issues ( i.e you need TG ) use Circ, Frw is not so must and as said any 2sk/20fcr/2soc works fine. But if you are DuDu you can go Pelt as any match up.

Depends if you use walks to avoid spears or not. If you do then frw is better.

how much roughly should I be having in the NVD matchup for dodging spears?
Im currently at 115 with aldur boots but I like using blood boots for life rep which boots me at 105 FRW should that be enough or is the life rep not that important? (14 on the boots so would be 34 total with hoto)

Druid has so high life when oak is up, so life rep is not so important.

This. Never give up flat life for life rep on druid

Be careful with that 34 life rep since most servers cap it at 33!

Btw, Aldurs give you 10 extra frw but imo blood boots are better IF they're 30/10, since that 10fhr allows you to use 2 extra life scs, so ideally you can get +60 hp from your blood boots and +13 rep to cap it at 33

well most just use 63 fhr in dvn on d2r anyways so it’s w/e

yeah, 55 spirit 10 boots, so you dont need to run 2 x fhr adds scs

tbf i think frw on wind dudu is only useful if u walk to dodge spear in nvd, otherwise just a stylish/expensive mod

and the walk to dodge hits is the most important part of the duel
