If you're talking about BIS build, it's definitely not the same.
Self wield infinity (insight, cure, CoH on prayer merc) is better than Eschuta/JMOD and is tankier too.

if you play HC PVM be carefull when running p8 games, mana burn is deadly AF if you have a 75/25 or higher mana/life ratio build and your resist sucks, you'll get 1 shot

i suggest if you're playing on HC to go for more 60/40~ 50/50 life/mana ratio because the manaburn with no shield build is recipe for death.
