With WWS you basically have to build around it. The amp procs constantly if you strafe at all, and regularly enough to be usable on multi as well - it's definitely better for enclosed areas vs wide open spaces, and definitely inferior to WF+Atma's all IAS bp's being equal (also just as good in close quarters due to knockback, and WAY higher damage spikes from super high max, which will be triggering constantly). But you can clear hell with either combo - have done it multiple times. Haven't taken a bowa to ubers yet, though I've seen vids of it so I know it can be done
