Yes but you must know the dangers.

- Cold/lightning/fire enchanted boss monsters.
- Big damage monsters, aura enchanted, extra strong etc .. that can one-hit you.
- The bosses, meph and diablo, especially in normal, can hit for big numbers.
- The "tainted" monsters that shoot lightning orbs, can be especially dangerous.
- Fangskin is always a tense situation unless one is overgeared+leveled.

You simply have to be well prepared, or you run a risk of dying all the time.
