Blade fury dont need a high damage claw…
USE headstriker on swap. 100% ds will double its damage.

This. Plus skills can be just as good for blade fury. Even better as the skill adds base weapon damage.

Sounds like a Cold / Phys attack that 1 hit killed you ... or the charge strike skill if in close quarter combat. I would think the moat skill would have been better and using your Shadow Warrior to keep Meph pre occupied for you to do something else.

Not sure of your build, but at least you could have cast Wake of Fire at a safe distance with the moat trick and using Shadow Warrior... not master.

Just my 2 cents worth.
