We need more info as that 5% adjust based on ur base attackrating, forexample if u run a fool's wepon and a bounch of AR charms it can have some effect. Meanwhile if ur build is already big on high bonus AR% from skills it barely does anything, meanwhile a raven gets huge bonus boost from skills etc with high AR% bonus.

In general a raven is WAAAY better for ar reasons.

Anyway, lets say your lvl 99 and has 2 x angelic rings, angelic ammu and a fool's wep:
16,5*99*3 = 4905 * 1,05 = 5145. 5145 - 4905 = 240 ar boost from those 5%.
Meanwhile a raven has 5 more dex and 150 more ar. 5*5+150 = 175 more base ar.

So if ur a wierd build needing ar but without any AR boosting skills, and refuse to cast enchant, then that ring will beat raven in form of AR xD
Besides, i dont think angelic rings is 16,5 ar per lvl, i think they are a little less.

Here is a novel note.

Your attack rating gives you 100% chance to hit as an example, there is ALWAYS a 5% chance that you miss... not block, dodge or evade, if you get a successful hit check, there is still a 5% chance that you miss.

Oh, Ravens is better for PvP / PvM. Angelics is also great, it isn't just about the AR, angelics I believe have life regen, 2 rings stack, so +12 life regen.

It is up to you what you like to use and play by trial and error.

This was very well said. It seems the main theme / perspective is % bonuses are obviously helpful. However at some point adding flat AR for the large bonus % to dip into is likely much more effective, especially in the case of Raven / Angelics. Much appreciated.
