If you do not have an enchantress and bo barb to use:
Change a2 merc to a1 merch with Faith.
Change Razortail to Arachnid Mesh
Change the 1x 30max jewel to 15ias/15max jewel (with fanaticism you will reach max FPA without any frenzy stacks)
Move the 20 increased stamina points into battle orders instead.

There can be better weapon options instead of Warshrike if budget goes above 10k.

Weird interaction with piercing and enchant from my testings.

Piercing from warshrike works on off hand. But for some reason the enchant doesn't apply to the piercing from warshrike.
But the piercing from mastery and razortail does carry enchant.
