a2 normal drognan, yes. but the most valuable white bases are NOT shoppable. no + to bone spirit or other tier 5 or 6 skills possible.

was always like this. you can check by going to drognan in normal. you will never see a base with any of the high tier skills.

back in the day id use the pindle portal and shop anya.
pretty mind numbing grind imo, but it is the best way to get some sweet jewelers armor/shield/helm

gambling not a bad idea either, gheeds+edge r/w can get you 30% off
