In d2 vanilla one could swap weapons from 2nd slot to 1st slot with titans (which has 30%frw) to desynch. I tested it today in d2r and when i weapon switch it doesnt work. Furthermore the frw looks like it isnt applied correctly, since my ama has the same movement speed as with 2nd slot.
Does somebody of you know if this mechanic has been removed in d2r?
I am asking it because titans would not make sense in pvp due to that.
I would appreciate if some experienced player could help me out.

It works, it just doesn't work until you stop and then run again.
If you swap while running it won't alter your actual FRW until you stop and then run again.
