I levelled my Barb to 99 as WW with dual grief, gface etc etc, reaper A2 merc and brand A1 merc and using enchant sorc from a second client. Cleared p5 games kinda quickly, especially TZs with not too many fire immunes. Insight A2 merc is a noob trap, just use mana potions. Reapers A2 merc and Brand A1 merc had roughly equal clearing speeds (Brand has a 35% chance to proc amp damage when struck, so if your merc gets hit you pretty much 1 shot all mobs around her). If you don't have a Brand lying around just go with Reapers toll. Gameplay is easier (you don't have to adapt your merc armor to have as low defense and high DR as possible, and you don't have to change your playstyle to WW out of packs so that the mobs will focus on your merc).
Be sure to adapt your gloves and offhand to the current TZ. LoH if there's lots of demons; Ghoulhide or Gravepalm for undead areas (also swap your offhand Grief to Azurewrath or Lawbringer if there's physical immune undead). Steelrend for animal TZs, though TBH I just skipped those TZs because they're bad anyway. Swapping your gloves matters a LOT. Don't just farm Tombs with LoH, you're leaving free 200% ED and tons of AR against undead to rot.

Im planning to play with an enchant sorc too from my second client, roughly 2-4k fire dmg on top is nice imo.

Whats about another weapon setup because the range of pb grief is kinda bad.

Im thinking about

eth ba botd + ba death

or

ba death + ba beast

any experience here in p5-p8 tz farming?

Grief + Pheonix and with max zerk and synergies works quite well for killing elite packs. The res, block and redemption make you practically unkillable even vs non leechable enemies and your zerk will 1-2 shot most enemies while still doing a decent ww. With chant it would work even better since your ww would be buffed. It’s usually just used for some leech between zerking.

Much more fun to play and more comfortable than ww barb too
