Have to use ice for cold Bowa. Also, sell out on maek (mana after each kill). It is a very mana hungry build. Even with two sojs and insight lol. I have both elemental zon setups—the fire is more mana friendly (and you can use Phoenix bow to alleviate mana issues with added bonus of -fire res) but cold/freezing arrow has better clear speed. Can confirm both setups are viable for p8 in hell.

Feels very slow thats why im thinking i did something wrong ill try ice bow for better dmg and more - res and also i think ill cham Nw and use another fcr ml ring

I wouldn’t use a cham, 5/5 cold facet is the choice. You shouldn’t get hit much if you’re ranging right thus no freeze. 1-2 arrows per mob in chaos if you’re using nw with 5/5 and ice bow. Shoot for matri bow for improved attack speed

Edit—a cold sunder is necessary also unless you use infinity merc

Yes ill do mat bow for sure thats what i use now as well and ill do the 5/5 for the res and keep raven for now

I'd go for the 48 fcr for pvm should be plenty fast, I use 68fcr for PVP but I'd figure one lower then 48 should be fast enough for pvm.
