2 shots a LOT of builds, including some druids. 3 shots most druids/barbs, but GL landing 3 hits lol.
i just made it as a mind blast sin for TvT that could land psn dagger as a troll if the opportunity arose.

(2-(plr/100)) is a little wrong if duels aint in hell...
Then its in normal
(1-(plr/100))
Because in normal u dont have -100 plr base.
Many People use death gloves in lld? Cause that will be really effective vs psn dagger.
