Base venom. Max claw mastery. Max ls and senergies. Some fade and weapon block. Rest in mind blast.
I would think with the max ar lifers that the Ed might be more helpful then more max damage.
Ed/ias will always be the best option for any decent dmg claw.
I assume you mean Arach cuz otherwise you're not hitting the 65 fcr (minimum for a hybsin) - DR gets covered with a high fade lvl (cube allowing precasting claws & rings/amu).
And I hope your fools ferals has some ias? You need at least 60 ias total (claw + gear) for the 4 fpa ww speed when being slowed by arach.
