DF 35/5
Spirit 35
2/20/str/mana ammu
Frosts
Arach
NW facet or cham
10fcr/str/mana/adds ring
Soj
Enigma (i dno how blaze works in d2r, may be enought with coh here actually, but frw is important)

Another way is:
Swap NW with 3cold/20fcr/2 or godly 2/20/str/mana/2 helm or 2/20/frw/mana/2 soc
Swap fcr ring with SOJ
This one has potential more mana, better pierce cold, but less listed dmg.

Max block, 9,8k blizz dmg, -270 enemy res, 45% dr, 75@ + stack in hell, 1,5k life, 3,4k mana with snatchii, 4,1k with frosts, 95% es and 20tk.

Thats how u maximise survivability and damage ^^ It lacked some frw, but i adjusted playstyle for that. Frw is godly vs necs and firesorc, and ofc hammers etc. But when having max block like this all those pesky chargers/barbs/amazons becomes toys...

But dmg is main stat of blizz, espesially pierce function, else u wont deal any real dmg. Ofc es is important to avoid getting 2 tapped by necs/hammers/bow/barb and so on. 3,4k life is nothing without DR, abs, res, bone armor, max block, summon meatshields, cyclone, wepon block, dodge and high def like the other chars have.
