Hello everyone please help me with this, If i have 30x 10% Cold Res Small Charms do they Stack??

I Wondering because i do 14k Blizz Damage and it feels like it does not hurt to much in pvp

yes it would give 30*10= 300 cold resistance which counters the negative res from cold mastery

Also raven frost or dual raven frost will counter cold pretty hard

i been playing for over 20 years and never known this untill now thank you so much

Don't forget about pvp penalty. 14k is cut to 2333

Every damage in pvp is cut to 1/6.
If someone have overstacked cold res and you cant pierce him bellow 75% then 583 left. Raven cut it to 474. If GM.
If BM then they can gear snowclash and second raven.
Otherwise if villain don't overstack cold res then you can 1 shot him.

Well, one would need more.

Assuming sorc focus on cold pierce it would have between -250 to -275 enemy cr.
Hell is -100.

Those scs are devoured by Hell difficulty, then character is at 0res. And cold mastery brings that to -250ish, which is capped at -100.
So he would need 325 more cold res to stay at 75cr(total of 425). even though 75 end cr is kinda overstacking xD

yea, OP prob didnt know about pvp penalty and was getting sorbed or he underestimated how much cold stack was being used
