No, because you need more gear ias to hit 7fpa breakpoint. You have to gear Nosferatu and 3os Tiara, then yes. Also you want to max Multi because it's synergy to GA (from 2.4).

20 amulet

The rest you have these choices :

Nosferatu's/Bugbelt (EU only) : 10

3x 15/40 30 frw tiara : 45

Rare 2 zon / 30 frw / stats / Life / Mana 2 OS with 15/40 : 30

Giant skull 2x 15/40 : 30

Rare circlet with Nosferatu hits 100 ias but you are not protected by other people using arach/nosferatu's 10% slow, due to this being common it's a good idea to use the 30 frw 3x 15/40 for most setups.

GMB is really only used for zvz

you mostly use a 0 ias base for most everything else.

No, foi gmb, meaning faith of ice gmb (it’s a hybrid rune word) requires 72% ias, this is d2 legacy not d2r. Can someone tell me if the guide I posted can reach max attack speed with a faith of ice gmb?

Fanaticism = 92 IAS needed to achieve 7 FPA

All FoI does is add a shael for 20 IAS which allows you to use a rare circlet.

Lvl 15 Fanaticism is 92 ias, then the shael removes 20 ias so it’s a required 72 ias
