Yeah it's been up many times but I have questions

So I'm moving to HC whenever my second character hits 99 in SC in a few days. Paladin and Amazon done.
Haven't done much HC other than a Javazon last season.
Looking to do solo P5 terror zones all the way to lvl 99.

Right now I'm thinking about doing Blizzard sorc, as I actually haven't done much of that and might be the most safe build?

So I've theorized two blizzard builds.
Both builds 105fcr, 30fhr bp, 200MF, pretty much max resist (even though not as important on ES?)

Max Block 46%DR, 2800life, 9.5k blizzard (better against phys? and higher dmg)

Do a druid. Way more fun than a sorc, Everyone does sorcs.

If u want a better clear u can do blizz/orb static and stuff die pretty damn fast even in p8

Think I will wait for the fire druid as 2nd HC characters. Kinda requires Enigma, Infinity, Phoenix and GG Flickering Flame.

Then the vita build would be much better right?

in HC ES all day telestomp anything, just need to worry about souls or inferno from venom lord in Pack only

i have 0 block and never really be in danger with 105 fcr

Blizzard would only do 3.3k blizzard + 850 frozen orb on the ES build.

While the vita build would be 8k blizzard + 1k frozen orb (also double ice bolt dmg).

Worth ES then? Not like blizzard needs to telestomp.

both are viable, 8k blizzard is overkill already tho,

if u want Pure dmg go Vita, If u want a more Survival go ES

5.7k blizz is decent but for p5 it can be slow on some areas.

It does not require infy nor flickering flame. Dual plague works great with a5 mer, Ravenlore is a superior flickering flame if you don’t have a very GG base.
