As always after some of my hc ladder farms I want to spend all on my pvp character
I've got Barb which i leveled on D2R release times. I didnt touch him from that time.

His Current gear:

Eni mp 1064
Grief ba 35/355
Beast ba 249/27
trangs
Ik belt
Gores 164%
High Lord

Angel set
2x ravens
Nature's Peace
fcr 18str ring with no ads

2 spirits for bo
in cube:
+3 warcry amu
Demon's Limb
2 spirits for bo

Barb T 12/12
all inventory in some crapy life charms
Some of them got maybe ar/dmg


Back in the day it was enough for me but after years its looks rusty.
Its my first BvC and I dont know what to upgrade first.
Lets say i got like ~5k to spend

Obvious for me is to replace Grief for decent one.
Add anni and buy new torch
I'm lacking of 5-6Bo helmet +2x bk and Arach
My inventory is total scrach so maybe it would be main focus for changes

Idk if in my budget are some cheaper 2/20 helmets or visio? Is this necessary to got this or better spend some on fine BvC ring
I was thinking About dmg/ar/hp GCs + scs with single res/life (or only res if i will broke again my budget) to change for elemental i need.
I would like to have "one" gear for most set ups with little changes for difficult duels
63 fcr is goal? 20 gloves + 20 arach + helmet? Or fcr rings?(Nature's Peace got Oak, so its important i guess )
I dont remember how much i could stack res to be still "gm"

Plz tell me any advice. The only pvp char which i played (on old D2) was V/T and ES soso. I never care about AR

2x hoto swap nice bo and u can use for faster tele if u want
Have some sorbs in stash thundergs/ whisp / infernos / dwarf should be enough
Its nice to have demon limb to buff ur ar alot , u can also have cube in inventory to gm prebuff urslef / with bo helm , rings and amu
Then u want full inventory scs / dmg ar / resi / fhr to reach ur goals and ofc torch anni

You can say the inventory makes or breaks ur barb

Max ar life lcs are way cheaper then gcs or scs.
2 x 3bo stick/hoto
Maybe a coa for some dr
Ofc anni+ better torch

like paweljonk said get large charms. you can buy a 6max/30ar/30life large charms for less than the cost of one 3max/15ar/15life small charm.

you should buy a coa first (27-30dr are a lot cheaper than a 31dr. i bought a 29dr one the other day for cheaper than a 15dr with nothing in it goes for), then upgrade your anni and torch, then focus on your inventory, then two good FCR/AR with other mods rings, then upgrade your axes IMO

you'll need to swap between coa and arreat. you should also get 2x fcr rings so you can wear a tgods or a verdungo depending on what you're vs and still maintain 40fcr.

40fcr is good enough for fun 1v1's and pub duels. you'll want 63 for serious duels but that involves buying circlets and changing your build up a lot more than what you seem to want to do

What about res? How much i need to stack?
Aiming 48 fhr break? or 27 is enough for learning at start?
Also Coa is for druids/smiters only? In otherwise arreat for more AR? what socket Arreat? ED+adds?

Just get max resist with absorb on. You only need to stack vs blizzard sorc. With them just use as much as you can.

27 should be fine in 2.4

Coa for any physical damage. Arreat for rest. Ed/ias jewel

Circ frw + fcr is only for vs necs and hdins the rest is coa standard Bvc gear. Look up sticky
