i just found both mods on seperate daggers in hell act4, but chances are fairly small indeed

God damn that looks interesting. I thought i had seen all builds, but this is sick. I had no idea that psn dagger worked that way combined with venom, as you say in your topic.

it's actually a really fun off meta char haha

it also works with charges of plague javelin (the unique throwing javelin) however you have to hit the ''physical'' part with both throw and dagger for the poison to apply

i find poison dagger easier cos it can hit rly good ias frames (like 3,13 hits per sec)

i may be wrong so dyor, but i believe the required ilvl for that is 94. so you should have to shop on char lvl 89+, couldn't tell you which npc would be best.. but the fastest possible way would probably be to source gold from others and gamble them from a lvl 99 character (should need lvl 99 or it could end up with ilvl under 94)
