I've been farming Countess and Summoner in Hell difficulty since yesterday.
I've done nearly 100 runs and I got 0 keys.
I love key farming and I've been doing that since the old game.

It can be hard to get keys some times but no keys in nearly 100 runs?
Is this just very bad luck or what? Usually I find key in every 10-20runs.

Any thoughts?

100% sure. I've checked it many times. Closed the game and bnet several times to see if there are any updates for the game.

unlucky or a bug.

So no one else is having this kind of problem?
If it's a bug other people should also have similar problem?
I quess i'll have to do 100 more runs and see if I can get any keys.

I did another 20 runs so far in my own games and I even tried public games but still no luck...

first 60 runs 1 key next 40 runs 10 keys. 2 players. I was technically unlucky.
