So my last topic on the subject was 11 pages long and mostly spam. I learned a few things, then read about them more in depth.
So here is my conclusion for the build. Again this build is for the upcoming ladder with expensive gear, to clear TZones in p8.

Breakpoints reached: 87% fhr, 105% fcr, 162% mf.

Now a few things to consider, its possible to use viper instead of ormus and a 2 10 fcr amulet, but you lose 500dmg, thats around 1.5 per sec and gain 35 res to poison, but with cleansing and pheonix its not as important.
You can go for a 60% fhr breakpoint and instead of 1 skiller fhr and 3 fhr charms add 6 7mf 17 mana sc for a total of 208% mf which will significally increase ur drop rate and around 150 dmg loss.
Plague will give you much needed cleansing aura for poison dmg and reduce all curse duration, also it has lvl 12 lower resist proc 20% when struck, since you tele stomp mobs focus on ur merc so it will proc very often.
Pheonix aura gives you the regen from corpses with a fix % rather than filling up ur mana pool gradually from insights meditation.

handheld infy nova es will have a big problem with poison
you have to have 75% psn res and maybe some plr or you have to go home and cry to mara every 5 mins when you farm a2/a3/a5
and succubus is another reason to go home

Unfortunately the Phoenix aura only helps you if YOU are wearing the phoenix item, not your merc.
