What bosses have the highest chance to drop deaths fathom? Thats the only items ive never gotten. Ik that hephisto has the highest chance to drop a Jah and ive gotten one from him before. Ive heard baal but ive done tons of baal runs and never gotten one. Ive also heard thresh socket. I think frozenstein or the guy in the icy celler(place under the ancients way) might be the best place to try for one but im not sure.

I don't think so. Baal drops too many other things, which reduces possibilities of dropping Fathom.

Say, your target is B.

Z drops B, C and D.

Y drops B, C, D and E.

X drops B, C, D, E and F.

Then Z has The Highest Chance To Drop B.

Doesn't change the fact that Baal has the highest drop chances for deaths fathom. But hey, maybe you are up to something on a 20+ year old game where everything has been figured out at least 15 years ago.

So 1:827, yup. Baal is way better (if there is only one cow, btw).

But
1:186495 (unique) Cows!

So the ratio is 1:2.7. And I believe there are more than three uniques in cows level.

So Baal < Cows.

Besides, killing cows is much easier than killing Baal.
