Ive been switching my sorc a lot, trying to find the "best" build. To me the best is
#1 doesn't die
#2 kill speed
#3 mf

I know about imortal sorc for HC, but I still died with that build, although I may have not followed it to a T
Currently 200 FCR nova sorc
LVL 36 nova (cause I just sold off a few plain skillers)
89 FHR

I'm tired of dying at lvl 94, maybe its just me though and my fat fingers get in the way? Otherwise I'm open to suggestions!

Nova with ES is very tanky, what did you do to kill her?

She’s probably not best at souls and blood mana cursing witches. Other than that…

Yeah I don’t know…. Maxed res as well….
I was having issues with ping/fps so maybe it had more to do with that than anything else. Seems a little better now haven’t died in 24 hours - knock on wood!

Safest? If your willing to run only a few areas - blizzard sorc w/ 3pc tals, max block SS will do it.

Or if you wana go my version of hc immortal sorc - tgods, ga, SS. Overload res to be conv proof. Souls heal you and almost nothing can touch you. Pump vita, not mana. Life/res charms.

Not a fast killer, can’t do p8 - but has many uses. And definitely never nova.

hmm appreciate the feedback. But defintiely want to be able to clear chaos and preferably throne as well for exp... multi players is good too

Basic lite sorc does fine, even in p8. Throw on SS and go Mb if it’s an issue.

SS best max block shield? Dmg deduced only helps with melee yeah? I find most Of my issues against elemental dmg. Even though res are 75+

ya any res shield isnt worth it going for mb

So how come imortal HC sorc uses gerkes? Doesn’t it have higher block rating less str required than ss

Or upped whistans. Insane icb and fastest blocking shield, although little else.

Yea. Phys damage is what kills you most of the time. Sounds like you need more absorb. A high wisp for light sorb and get a source of fire sorb or +max fr.
