Hi

finally I'm in uber tristam, and i succesfully killed uber diablo and uber baal, but uber meph is killing me instantly, i dont know why, even using lifetap it's killing me

i have draculs, i see lifetap being casted and even i'm casting it with a knife before start hiting him, but after 5 or 6 seconds, he kills me.

i have 4200 life, max res, and goblin toe for the 25% cb, and also i have enchanted 18.000 ar with angelic set and ravenfrost for the non frozen.

i'm using arreat with um, string of ears 8 15, arkaines +2, and draculs and i have a lot of max ar life charms, annihilus, etc... and i'm using two upped crainte vomirs eth perfect for the 50% ias and the good ed, slow, dr etc.... I'm trying with frenzy and with concentrate (with stormshield), with both i die

any strategies for not die in 5 sec?

Under meph aura, how many res do you have?

finally after rejoining 3 or 4 times i managed to kill him, and i noticed that when i was fighting with him i had - 44 (minus fourty four) in resistances! probably thats the cause to dying instantly. ¿How to avoid that?

Those weapons are horrible.

25% cb seems a little low. I believe cb impacts the amount of life you gain from Life tap, so not only does it make fights way faster, it makes it safer too because you're draining more life consistently. so i'd suggest upping your cb. Perhaps dual Stormlash weapons if you're using just uniques, trying to swap out arreats for guillaumes too if you keep enough res?

Also I'd defo go frenzy not concentration. When i was doing ubers on frenzy barb i found Howl super useful too, clears out some of the trash, stops you going into fhr animation when there's less hitting you and means your hits are concentrated on Meph and as you're hitting him with CB (and therefore doing more damage than you would to his minions) you're gaining more hp from LT so it's safer.



Okay that's not good. Get something to proc fade and defo get better resistances!

So first of all, swords are generally trash against bosses because the only unique sword with crushing blow is that short sword i cant remember the name of.

Against meph you'd be better off with Azurath/Lightsabre. Azurath for sanctuary to push off his minions, lightsabre for light abs. Your damage will be absolute trash though.

Well, that's where you are wrong. There are a lot of unique weapons MUCH better than those crap swords. Stormlash, heavens light, fleshripper...

Are you aware what does the conviction aura from meph?

Get more res from items/inventory/skill
Paladin can use salvation/light aura or also conviction to nullify the meph's aura.
