Hi im making a Javazon with Spirit and i hesitate between two things:

Reach 99 fcr with : Arach + 2 rings 10 fcr => its cool to teleport fast (and +1 skills)
Stay at 68 fcr and go for : Razortail + 1 ring fcr + Another ring (soj, raven, or ring with good stats)

Without Razortail i have 79% pierce, do i really need 100% ? Reaching 99fcr is not better ?

I wouldn't drop razortail. I would use trangs plus a 19+fcr amulet along with griff and spirit = 100fcr

Yea I was just thinking of a way to get 99 fcr, and forgot about ias. Forgive my lapse in thought.

For a 99 FCR setup, I'd use a 19+ FCR amulet with arach (and 4/40 javelins). Only worth it if you really enjoy the faster teleport for whatever reason and spend all your time in baalruns. Even there, without too many big groups to farm, 100% pierce is superior and I'd stick with the 68 FCR breakpoint (using either a FCR ring or amulet, depending on the rest of your gear).

You really shouldnt need CTA except prebuff if you are bad at aiming

I always teleported on switch with Wizzy (mana jewel) and Spirit

This allows you to have max ias, max dmg, 2 sojs and big regen

You have plenty of base mana on wiz slot

This frees up main shield slot for anything else than Phoenix. I used ias/@/cbf/facet shield because I like Titans

Interesting strategy, but cta gives you also mana. It's not expansive to try your build though, i keep it in mind.

Also, you don't hava mana leech on your setup?
