Guillaume's face or life leech helmet such as Andy's, if you meet the level requirement for that, or the strength requirement for weapon for Pride.
Use maxed Strafe almost exclusively. Use Guided Arrow against bosses and boss monsters and champions.
Of you use the enchant charges from Demon limb, you may push AR to a high enough level that you may be able to use GA against boss monsters and champions anyway. I would still use GA against bosses anyway.
