It have same bp as regular WF, only difference is that 08 WF have 35 Dex instead 5 Dex / 10 Str what regular have. And no, as long as you play legit, you don't reach enough fast bp to be effective. It's cool "collector item " and " show off " PvM item but not PvP item.

Its viable with tmc

Yes it is viable with 160/60. Your res will be low though and your max IAS BP will be 8frame where has faith alternatives can easily reach 7 frame.

I think it's superior to Faith in ZvZ. Not much use in ZvA though, unless you have a partner with Fanat.

8fps is viable. Certainly not the best. Please understand the difference between viable and best. All things considered, you can still kill people with windforce in pvp even in this day and age.

You can still kill shit players with full sigons but that isn't viable either
