This may be a stupid / easy question but I don't generally play Paladins.

If you have 75% block and are charging, I presume your block % will decrease? Further, if you toggle walk while you charge, will this retain a higher block %?

Finally, does walking in charge affect sync?

Blocking is reduced to ⅓

No it doesn't matter if you're running or walking before you charge, your block will always be reduced to ⅓

Its reduced by 1/3 not to 1/3, huge difference. Why would 75% go to 33%???????

Nice try sonny, but no, you said " to 1/3" which can be translated into " to 33%" since 1/3 = 33%.
Should have just said " to 1/3 of its current block chance"

Same thing, reducing it to 33.33% is the same as reducing it to 1/3 so I'm still right, you just made yourself look like a complete moron trying to challenge me to try and impress people

No.

You're wrong.

1/3 of 75 (the cap of max block), is 25.

Reducing it by 1/3 is only bringing it down to 50%

Except that it's not :D It's reduced to 1/3 of your current block, which is 25% when you hit MB. Or do you block at 100% ?
