Ok, so I bought a 10 ICB ammy for my sorc.

If she wears a 75 BLock shield, and I use a 10 ICB, will that mean I'd have to use less dex like there's a hidden block % higher? Or it's capped at 75?

I'm leaning on it's capped at 75?

ICB is 10 increased block chance.

The people who parade basics are the worst duelists, so I'm not ashamed to ask for advice on something I've never tried before that would be useless to dueling/ this is a fun build I'm testing out which would suck in actual pvp but annoys people.

Yeah dude. In fact use whistans for every char it gives you 40% more blocking you should be able to get over 75% np. Also make sure to Eld rune it (socket) for 7% increase block more.

Yeah dude, if you get snatchii's gloves you can get 100% block and you will be invincible against barbs and bowzons.

Yes, use your realm ammy + Whitstan's Guard ( 55% ICB ) + Guardian Angel ( 20% ICB ) + Snatchii's ( 25% ICB ) and then you have all realm, all time Res and 105% blocking change. This makes your Sorc immortal and actually, bcoz you have extra 5% block what goes all realm time over 100%, all damage what enemy do actually hurt themself.
