So does this seem right?

whatever left over in howl (and continue pumping points when available)

howl max, instead of taunth!
you can use it in duels vs summons!
(what about 1 in running mastery /1-xx leap!)

for pvm:

like in GM duels, before duel starts, or when someone is not hostile, howl always!
