How much FHR need Nova Sorc?

if self wielding you will be fine with close to none

as long as you have your es maxed out, it should be fine without any fhr
if your es is low, some fhr is good

between 42 and 60, you dont need more in this game anymore. less then 42 is bad, but if its pvm it wont make much of a difference.

the FHR frames on a sorc is just so slooow.

I like the 60fhr BP on a nova.

Im currently rocking a magefist and 2 sojs with 10fcr amulet
But with such a gg ring and amulet, id go with that frostburn setup as well
