Yes but frozen orb doesn’t do enough damage and you will struggle bringing monster resistance levels low enough anyway.

I believe it procs.

rift sin is way better

they can't run as fast.

but can kill fast XD

frenzy with 2x voice of reasons makes no damage

it's just for fun not trying to make a top tier build.

rift sin is a fun build and can beat the whole hell game...

ur barb cant, even struggle on nightmare

it won't struggle in nm. cold immunes is the only reason hell would be hard.

if you wanna make chance to cast frozen orb build i'd recommend fury druid honestly

theres no reason to go dual wield cos each weapon has their individual chance to proc

i'd use something like:

metamorphis 3 hurricane (or even swap it to a pelt), you want mark of the bear for this build for proper ias
rift scepter
monarch 20-20 cold
armor 20-20 cold
cats eye
string of ears
raven
bk
gore
some cb gloves 20 ias

you need 40 ias with lvl 12 werewolf and mark of the bear for 6,94 hits per second casting roughly 1,11 frozen orbs per second

skill werewolf until total lvl 12
max hurricane and synergies
rest into fury or werewolf

needs infi merc (must have, for the -res but also to reduce everything to pretty much 0 defense)
