Best shield?
What shield for which situation
I haven’t really pked since LoD and mostly LLD.. teach me high lvl Smiter I want one

phoenix vs barb and other smiter. spirit vs everything else. exile for tap if you suck.

One lifetap item is gm vs Druid and since Dracul is useless the only option is exile

why not upped hoz for vt? why does a vt need any fcr? you don't even need an enigma for pub duels. only need to tele port vs bone prison and tele zons. phoenix does more damage but don't help foh any. you get most the damage from grief anyway.

Foh is now effect by fcr, usually you need atleast 30.

Upd hoz works fine, 1 smite weaker than a jstod. A Phoenix means you don’t know how to build a smiter imo.
