Just had my first HC death in awhile. 88 fire sorc geared up.

Losing the gear isn't such a pain it's not knowing how I could have prevented her death.

Teled into a forgotten tower room in hell. Two packs of archers, one with fanatacism other was cursed. Saw merc die, realised the danger, then reached to save and exit, dead. All together took two seconds.

I always hope to learn from my hc deaths.

This one I dont even know. Call me a noob whatever u want I don't care.

The only lesson I can take is to leave the room as soon I see a fanatacism pack.

She had 1.8k life with cta and es lvl 8

Anyway hope my death helps other sorcs. Don't ever play hc casually. Look for fanatacism packs and if merc dies quick, get out quick.

according to most hc players on forum, blind teleport is a death sentence. seems like you are not the first and wont be the last...

Even with max block u died?

Basically, having to learn Archers location regardless if they are +Aura'ed up or not can and will snipe your char.
1.8k HP is quite low to react in time.

7k HP druid without block can succumb to the nuke if not careful or dont regen fast enough!

Maybe I need to hope to roll a higher cta next time too, just a +3 bo, rolled another one today after lucking trading my last farmed torch for an ohm and got the same +3 lol



didnt have max block. It was around 45 so I could invest more into vit and the needed str to use monarch. Prob a big mistake right there. Thought I could get by with max res, stormshield with um, and shako for 45% pdr. Maybe also I should have her on walk at all times so when I tele and move around she isn't a sitting duck. Rest of her gear was pretty sweet. Flickering, hoto, vipr, ss, some rare ammy of +1 skill, fcr, mana, and light res, a wisp projector, a dual res fcr ring, and aldurs to make up for the fire sunder charm. Thats like two weeks of farming but oh well I enjoyed her while she lasted (she farmed mainly andariel and black marsh and had low enchant for helping norm games).

I stop to farm packs on the way to level 5. Except fanatacism archers from now on.
