Thoughts on best all-around PVP char for mainly pub duels, and some beyond? Haven't gotten into PVP yet in D2R but debating on my first PVP char.

I don't want to mess around with garbage, but also don't care if my gears are one point off perfect. Let's say FG limit 20k.

Well would make things easy since I already have a high-level farmer. Buuuuut I think there's gotta be better out there. I'd agree with you if synching wasn't patched ;). Hammers can be a nuisance to land sometimes. Also, straight rek'd by basic wind druid.

Equip a grief and lifetap as well if they are a problem

TY for hdin/smite hybrid vote (assuming you mean smite +life tap) switch.

Seeing complications in pub as this basically takes away all strength as a caster.

A good vanquisher would own everyone, piwah is #1 on d2ga and he’s a cute basic hdin.

But a trapper who runs for their life or a Tele bowa would be annoying.

Thanks! Considering both tele bowa and trapper atm. Leaning against Paladin unless I see more intriguing votes. The attack style is just so weak IMO.

if this is for pub/bm duels, trapper will just be sorbed and mindblast doesnt stun that great anymore

It don’t matter if you got a tgods or wisp and Lo it’s still like 400 dmg per trap hit. Once they realize they can’t even be seen on screen vrs you they run like it’s going out of style and their whole ghost is turned into a run for your life sin.

Then smart players will have a 90-95 lr with dual wisp setup
