note however that ED% isn't a very good way to reliably raise smite dmg. for pvp mods like crushing blow are more effective at reducing HP quickly, and +dmg from grief is far better at raising smite dmg itself.

Ed from any source helps zeal.

Its like this for smite:
Average smite dmg = ((ShieldMinDmg + ShieldMaxDmg + HsMinDmg + HsMaxDmg)/2+GriefTypeDmg) * (1+((AuraEd+SkillEd+GearEd+Statbonus)/100))
More precise:
Average smite dmg = ((ShieldMinDmg + ShieldMaxDmg + HsMinDmg + HsMaxDmg)/2+GriefTypeDmg) * (1+((FanaEd+SmiteEd+GearEd+Strenght)/100)) <-- Ofc if ur merc or teammate has conc or might that adds to smite as well.

Wepon ED always just adds directly to the wepon. And if ur skill dont use wepon damage in its attack you will ofc not benefit from wepon ed.

Ed in any of thoose will boost smite dmg. Ed is not possible in gloves, boots, rings, ammu, but stats like str and skills will boost it. Loh is demon ed, and that dont work with smite.
Wepon ed is local for wepon damage, and wepon dmg dont matter on smite, but will ofc boost zeal dmg.
