I am doing a kicker pvp build using cirq as well and i was wondering if i do need to put 2X15ias jewel in there?
Currently using Chaos/Fury as always weapon

I suppose if i do BOS i can without those jewel but otherwise vs ele/caster (fade) will i require this extra amount of IAS?

The Guillaume's face and a dual magic jewel with +15%IAS/Resistance(s) depending which resistance is the worst would be the best option for her because a high crushing blow is the most useful stat in melee characters of any sort.

I don't know if an asn can hit a total crushing blow of 100% added, but I recently got with a Fury druid this bonus:

1. Ribcracker (50% CB)
2. Gore rider (15% CB)
3. Guillaume's Face (35% CB)
----
Total %CB = 100%

Ok great so in ur case u do have 100% CB
My way i will do chaos/fury so 66 + 25 = 91% + OW Belt depending on set-up

Now my other question is for Kicksin what is IAS bp i require on fade
Since that im going to keep jewel in cirq or change them for 15ias/15res X2

Chaos and Fury don't add crushing blow, only open wound and/or deathly strike. Unlike as crushing blow and deathly strike, open wound is kinda useless for either, Pvm or Pvp. However, I don't think your asn will hit as many %CB as 91%, except if she does hax.

I wouldn't do this build if I were you.
Not unless you just enjoy dying alot.
