I want to equip a void on switch for my Hdin and use the +3 Abyss but is it banned on every character or just warlock?

I'm under the impression you can just tele out of that, right? And against non-tele characters that would be bm just like using bone prison.

If anyone is in the vicinity of the abyss. They will start taking miasma DoT damage.
